Allan Wolfson comes to Silver Arch with an amazing resume of business experience. During his direct lending career, Allan was instrumental in numerous high-profile transactions. He also worked as a commercial real estate appraiser in New York City, gaining intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of industrial, office and multifamily buildings.
Before jumping into commercial real estate, Allan founded his own clothing company, building it from scratch into a major licensee of name brands, where he established a reputation for developing innovative financial and business strategies.
Allan earned a Bachelor of Science Management Degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
